Zhongguancun Talent Association (ZTA) is a non-profit organization to connect, develop and serve the high-tech talents in Zhongguancun High-tech Park, Beijing, China, to pursuit the high-speed growing, healthy and sustainable high-tech economy in China and worldwide.

 

 

ZTA owns the wide network of the high-tech firms and professionals in Zhongguancun High-tech Park. ZTA provides the learning courses, organization talent strategy study programs and the best management practice sharing activities to our members and friends. ZTA also serves as a community of the professionals and entrepreneurs to connect and learn each other like CEO Salon and 10+ committees. Meanwhile, ZTA’s talent policy studies strongly supports the high-tech parks to attract, keep and develop their talents nationwide and worldwide. ZTA is famous for its long-term efforts on the high-tech talent management study since its foundation in the year 2000.

 

 

ZTA was the first non-profit organization founded in Zhongguancun High-tech Park. ZTA has the honor of deep understanding to the talent management and policy study. Zhongguancun Talent Forum is one of the annual event by ZTA since the year of 2007. The forum is well-known as the most important platform to learn the best practice and the newest talent development study results in Zhongguancun during the previous months. As a leading think tank, ZTA also contributed a lot to talent policy study of the high-tech parks and the integration of Beijing, Tianjin and Hebei. The annual high-tech talent survey by ZTA tells the newest development of the high-tech talent flow.
