全球各地有许多各具特色的区域经济，是多彩世界的创造者。中关村欢迎全球范围内的创新人士、创新组织谋求共赢和发展，愿意共同开发中国广阔的大市场，并携手服务全球。合作共赢，是大道。
中关村人才协会是中关村企业和学界共同发起的公益组织，旨在组织中关村创新企业和创新创业者相互交流，参与全球范围内的交流与协作。
与全球范围内先进的创新社团合作，是中关村人才协会的一个重要准则。为此，2022年8月，中关村人才协会在全球范围内发起金色梦想伙伴项目，籍此促进全球创新企业、创新组织和创新人士分享中关村发展的机会，携手助力全球范围内追求创新和幸福的区域共谋发展。

合作社团的入选条件
1、旨在促进区域经济社会和创新发展的社团组织。
2、在区域内有促进创新、促进区域合作的可信历史。
3、具有区域或全球性的创新活动、创新人士联系网络。
4、促进全球创新相关商务合作、交流的强烈意愿。
5、在所在区域合法注册，有稳定的运营历史记录。

申请加入金色梦想伙伴社团计划
1、书面正式提出加入金色梦想伙伴社团计划
2、与中关村人才协会签订建立金色梦想伙伴计划协议书
3、中关村人才协会授予“金色梦想伙伴”电子牌匾。
四
金色梦想伙伴计划的核心内容
围绕“科学与创新”，基于“交流、互鉴、共存”开展“互相理解、互相尊重、互相信任”的民间交流工作，协助推动共商、共建、共享人类命运共同体。
具体工作包括：
1、组织各自会员，以合适的方式共享商业机会。
2、在协商一致的基础上，共同举办促进全球交流协作的活动和项目。
3、组织各自会员和相关各方，进行正式、非正式的互访、共同参加活动等各类交流活动。
4、交流促进区域经济发展的经验。
5、遇有共同的问题时，在协商一致的基础上，伙伴成员全体或部分可共同为全球及区域合作发展发声。
6、伙伴成员之间的互访、合作。
7、积极促进各自会员和相关方之间发展多种形式、多种类别的合作与交流。

During the past several decades, high-tech economy has been playing a very important role in driving the global economy and improving people’s life significantly across our planet.The worldwide communication and business cooperation is the key to develop the national and global high-tech economy. A lot of high-tech parks across the world, including Zhongguancun high-tech park, take part in the worldwide cooperation and benefit to each other. We all realize that the business cooperation and innovation is borderless, meanwhile the bright future of the human beings is well worth our efforts.
Zhongguancun is one of the regional and global high-tech innovation centers around the world, supporting the high-tech and global economic development which benefit the people a lot. There are nearly 50,000 high-tech enterprises in Zhongguancun high-tech park, including thousands of high-tech start-ups every year, providing great many products and services to China and the world. Zhongguancun has been the leading high-tech innovation center in China for decades and more and more productive one in the world. It plays the key role in building up Zhongguancun high-tech park to open to the world. Zhongguancun provides tens of thousands of co-innovation and business cooperation programs to the world each year. The programs are part of the engines to develop the local and international innovation and economy in many cities worldwide.
Zhongguancun Talent Association (ZTA) was built up as a non-government organization (NGO) by 17 entrepreneurs in the year 2000. ZTA owns the mission to develop the high-tech community and the high-tech entrepreneurial ecology in Zhongguancun. It has more than 100 cooperation programs and events, including tens of international communication activities in Zhongguancun and globally each year. Thousands of enterprises and professionals benefit from those programs. ZTA has been serving the regional and international business cooperation and communication demands with its ties with a lot of NGOs and high-tech parks across the world.
The Golden Dream Partnership Program (GDPP) was launched by ZTA in early September, 2022. It seeks to develop and enhance the cultural understanding, business cooperation and innovation cooperation among different high-tech parks around the world.

GDPP partner candidate requirements
1.Committed to promoting the regional/global economic development and innovation;
2.Credible history of promoting innovation and regional/global cooperation;
3.Effective innovation cooperation and talents network;
4.Strong willingness to promote business and innovation cooperation regionally/globally;
5.Legally credible operation history.

Application
1.Formally fill out the form to join the GDPP;
2.Sign an agreement to establish a Golden Dream Partnership with ZTA after certification;
3.Official GDPP partners will receive the digital plaque of " Golden Dream Partner " by ZTA.

Core business of GDPP
GDPP seeks to co-launch a series of activities to pursue the beautiful future of human beings, under the principles of open, coexistence, communication, learning from each other and benefiting to each other and the world.
1.Share the business cooperation information and opportunities；
2.Co-host the regional/international cooperation activities and programs after the two or more sides’ consensus;
3.Organize the business visits, group participation in the regional/international communication events;
4.Exchange the regional economic development experiences and expertise;
5.Speak up together to develop and enhance the regional/international cooperation after the two or more sides’ consensus;
6.Arrange visits and communication among GDPP partners;
7.Encourage and support the cooperation among GDPP partners.
